Pass Guarantee — Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the VetReady Pass+ “Pass Guarantee” (“Guarantee”). By subscribing to Pass+ and/or submitting a Guarantee claim you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not rely on the Guarantee.
1. What the Guarantee is.
The Guarantee gives eligible Pass+ subscribers who sit and do not pass the NAVLE a free extension of their Pass+ access until the next available NAVLE testing window. The Guarantee is an extension of access only. It is not, and will never be, a cash refund, credit, chargeback, or payment of any kind.
2. It is not a guarantee that you will pass.
VetReady is a study aid. Whether you pass the NAVLE depends on many factors that are your responsibility and/or outside VetReady's control — including your own preparation, effort, prior knowledge, and test-day performance. VetReady does not promise, warrant, or guarantee that you will pass the NAVLE or achieve any particular score. Your exam outcome is your own responsibility.
3. Eligibility
— you must meet ALL of the following, within one active, paid Pass+ subscription period: (a) complete at least 90% of your VetReady personalized study plan; (b) complete every full-length simulation included in that plan; (c) maintain an average of at least 70% across those full-length simulations; (d) sit the NAVLE while your Pass+ subscription is active and paid; and (e) submit acceptable, verifiable proof of your official NAVLE result within 30 days of your score-report date. Missing any single criterion voids the Guarantee for that attempt.
4. Six-week enrollment window.
The Guarantee applies only if your Pass+ subscription was purchased and activated at least six (6) weeks — that is, forty-two (42) full calendar days — before the date of your NAVLE exam attempt. Students whose NAVLE exam date falls less than 42 days after their Pass+ purchase/activation date are not eligible for the Guarantee for that attempt, regardless of study-plan completion, simulation scores, or any other criterion. This window exists because the Pass+ study program is designed to be worked through over a meaningful preparation period; late enrollment does not afford enough time for the program to be a fair predictor of exam readiness. Eligibility for later attempts is unaffected, provided all other requirements in these terms are met.
5. Proof, verification & anti-fraud.
You are solely responsible for submitting a complete, legible, unaltered copy of your official NAVLE score report and any information VetReady reasonably requests to verify eligibility. VetReady may verify all submitted data and may deny any claim it reasonably determines to be incomplete, ineligible, late, altered, or fraudulent. Submitting false or altered information voids the Guarantee and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
6. The exam is run by third parties.
The NAVLE is developed, administered, and scored by third parties (including the ICVA/NBVME). VetReady is independent of, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the NAVLE, its content, administration, scheduling, scoring, or results, and has no control over them.
7. Scope.
The Guarantee provides a single access extension to the next available testing window per qualifying claim. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and does not renew indefinitely.
8. Changes.
VetReady may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Guarantee or these terms at any time. The version of these terms in effect when your qualifying subscription period began governs your claim.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetReady's entire liability relating to the Guarantee is limited to the access extension described in Section 1. VetReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for exam registration fees, travel, lost time, lost income, or any other costs associated with the NAVLE or your preparation.

VetReady's content and this Guarantee are provided for exam-preparation purposes only and do not constitute professional, academic, medical, veterinary, or legal advice.
